The thumbnail caught my attention at once. What a beautifully rendered piece! Portrait of a girl maybe isn't a very original subject, but still, it isn't easy to create something that would attract vewer's eye for longer than only a moment. And that's what this picture did to me.
The girl's beauty is both classic and unique, there's something extraordinary in the way she looks at you, in her softly opened mouth and her mysteriously ruffled hair. These are the strongest elements of the picture. What may look a bit inaccurate is the lighting on her neck which makes it look rather flat. I also miss a shadow under the flowers, that are wonderful, yet look as if they were simply pasted there.
Overall, this portrait is painted on a very high level. The whole lighting, choice of colours and amazing details of the hair and the eyes make, this piece of art a true eye candy, definately worth seeing!
